Hi. My name is Ken Dunek, and I’m the Publisher and Managing Partner of JerseyMan and PhillyMan Magazine.
In 2010, my partners and I scanned the local journalistic landscape and thought there might be an opportunity to create a publication specifically designed for men, and we created JerseyMan Magazine.
Focusing on an upscale demographic of males 35+ with high incomes, we catered a magazine with men’s interest in mind, but careful not to exclude women.
In just 4 years JerseyMan has attracted acclaimed journalists like Bill Lyon and George Anastasia of the Philadelphia Inquirer, and Stan Hochman of the Daily News.
Major advertisers such as TD Bank, Subaru of America, and Cooper Hospital, among others, have chosen us to help create more brand awareness.
In 2015 we added PhillyMan Magazine to the mix in order to take advantage of the huge advertising potential across the river. Our launch party at Parx Casino attracted 350 guests including ex-Eagles Ron Jaworski and Vince Papale, and former Flyers great Brian Propp.
Our goal is to continue to provide a publication that people find informative and interesting, while maintaining the highest professional standards. We want companies that advertise in JerseyMan and PhillyMan Magazine to be proud of their association with us.
