  • Please scan and email a copy of your business card.
  • Please provide a high resolution copy of your logo as a Tiff, PNG or JPEG
  • Please provide website, phone numbers and email to be listed on your Vidbi.
  • Please email URLs of any social media sites you have that you want included.
  • Please include any pictures in JPEG, PNG or Tiff formats
  • Please include any video footage as an .avi, .mp4 or .mov
  • Please send any photos or video footage 2 gigabytes or less via “We Transfer” to vince@creativevideo.org

Provide a 30 second to 1 minute script via email 48 hours before you arrive for your appointment, vince@creativevideo.org

Day of Interview

Arrive professionally dressed (No green in your outfit) to be videotaped for your Vidbi. The darker the outfit the better.

We handle everything else!

Creative Visual Productions is located at 26 Colonial Ave. West Deptford, New Jersey, 08096.

Please budget 45 minutes for your visit. We will first get you familiar with reading your script off the teleprompter. We will then have you do a few practice reads. Once we feel you are ready, we will videotape you for real. Upon completion of videotaping, Creative Visual Productions will then add a professional background, graphics, and music to create your Vidbi. Finally, we will ask you for a few paragraphs of information describing your business and services. We will use this information along with taglines to give you the best SEO possible.

Add an image link to Mac Mail.

  1. Open Mac Mail
  2. Open Preferences
  3. Click on signatures and click the plus sign to create a new signature
  4. Type in the text you would like to be a part of your signature
  5. Open a new finder window and locate the image you would like to use
  6. Drag the image from the finder window into the signature panel where you would like the image to appear
  7. To create a hyperlink from the image, select the image and with the image selected, go to edit, add link, and enter the link url into the box. You can also use the shortcut command K.
  8. Click ok, close the preferences panel and you’re finished.

Email Signature In Gmail

  1. Settings(Gear icon in right top corner)>Settings>General>Signature
  2. Select your email address from the drop down menu
  3. In text field, click on insert image URL(For an image URL, the image must hosted on a web server like flickr)
  4. Click ok
  5. Highlight the image and click on add link(chain icon in the test entry field). Enter the desired link
  6. In the web address field. Leave the “text to display” field blank.
